Finished the procedure above, the unallocated space moved as you like:
Next, move D partition as move E partition before so as to make the unallocated space next to C partition:

Later, the C: drive will be changed size from 96.36GB to 140.89GB.
Note: before starting to run Partition Assistant, please close other application programs, otherwise the software will prompt reboot computer after clicking "Apply".
