Recently I purchased a HP computer
with windows XP and I noticed that it has only one drive C: of 298GB. It's really not
fair to have all the files along with the OS files... so; I want to create two more
drives. Please help me how to do that?

partitioning to be several parts. Like Varun said, it is really not fair to have all
the files along with the OS files. It will not only affects the performance of
computer but also unfavorable to manage the total files in order to avoid wasting
users' time.

Procedures to create
partition
Firstly, download from here: /download.html,
then, runs it. Below is the disk usage of Varun:

Secondly, C: partition should be shrunk to save space for creating partitions.
Like the following view shows. After the arrow become double-way, press the left key and
drag to the left until leaving the appropriate unallocated space.

Look at the above interface, 168.55GB is created now. It is time to create
more partitions from the unallocated space. Right click the unallocated space and select
the "Create" option:

After click "Create", the following view prompted. Note that, if it is needed
to create two partitions, all the unallocated space could not just be occupied by the
new partition. Hence, operate as the arrow shows, drag it to the left to make sure the
right volume it should be unallocated. And, fill out the view as you wish. Here, a new
partition with 66.57GB created.

If need to create more partitions, just do it according to the above
procedures.
Lastly, it is necessary to make all your procedures bring into
operation by click "Apply" on the top tool bar. Also, before you start your operation,
please stop all other program in the computer or you will be needed to reboot your
computer.
