Move Partition
Launch AOMEI Partition Assistant. Right-click the partition you want to extend and select "Merge Partitions".
Tick the unallocated space you wish to add into the target partition and click “OK”.
Click "Apply" and "Proceed" to commit this operation.
Launch AOMEI Partition Assistant. Right-click the partition which you want to allocate free space from and select "Allocate Free Space".
Type in the size of the free space which you want to cut from the partition and this free space will be directly added into the destination partition.
Click "Apply" to commit this operation. After that, another window will show up. Please click "Proceed".
Launch AOMEI Partition Assistant, click "All Tools" --> "Extend Partition Wizard".
Make a choice between "Extend system partition" and “Select any partition from any hard disk to extend”. Click "Next".
Choose the partition that you want to allocate free space from (here we take D drive for example) and click "Next".
Move the slide bar to enlarge the partition size of C drive and then click "Next". Move the slide bar to enlarge the partition size of C drive and then click "Next".
Launch AOMEI Partition Assistant. Right-click the partition which you want to move and select "Resize Partition".
Drag the partition to the rightside to make it after the unallocated space. Then click "OK".
Back to main console and you could preview the unallocated space and target partition are adjacent. Now you can extend the partition successfully.
