Windows Disk Management won’t allow users to revert dynamic disk back to basic disk unless delete all the dynamic volumes. This is frustrating result because most of them are not pleased to delete the dynamic volumes which stored large amount of important data.

Step1: Launch AOMEI Dynamic Disk Manager, entire disks information show out in the main fresh interface:

Step2: Right click the dynamic disk 1 (The system disk) which needs to convert and choose “Convert to Basic Disk”:

Step3: Confirm the changes and click “OK” button in the new pop out window:

After click “OK”, we can preview the changes that Disk 1 has been changed into basic disk in the main control panel:
