Steps on clone partition in Windows 7/8/10/11

Before cloning partition in Windows 7/8/10/11, you need to know the following things:

✎ Connect SSD to your computer and if it is a laptop, a SATA to USB cable may be demanded.
✎ If the SSD is unused before, please initialize SSD at first.

Step 1. To clone partition in Windows 7 to SSD, install and launch AOMEI Partition Assistant Professional at first. Right-click the partition and choose "Clone Partition".

Step 2. Select partition copy way in the following pop-up window, and click “Next”.

“Clone Partition Quickly” only clone the used space of the partition to the destination space and the whole process is faster.
