To Shrink Partition
You can use AOMEI Partition Assistant to shrink partition in Windows Sever 2003 without efforts.

Step 2. In the pop-up window, drag the double-head arrow leftwards to shrink the partition and click OK.

To extend partition
When there is contiguous or non-contiguous unallocated space, you can do as following steps to extend partition.
Step 1. Right click on the partition you want to extend and choose Merge Partitions.
Step 2. Tick the box before the unallocated space and then click OK.
Step 3. To save the change, click Apply and Proceed.
Note: When there is no unallocated space but there is one partition that has plenty of free space, you can allocate free space from it to the partition that you want to extend.
