You can use AOMEI Partition Assistant Professional for backup. This is a professional backup software and supports Windows 11/10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP. You can migrate the Operating System to a new hard disk without reinstallation. In addition to transferring from MBR to MBR disk or from GPT to GPT disk, it also supports migrate OS from MBR to GPT disk.
