About Data Migration

Data migration refers to copy the exactly same data from source disk to another one. Usually, with time goes by, the users of PC or laptop will realize there is less and less free space on their hard disk to install any other applications. In additional, low disk space can lead to slow booting up speed and data accessing speed. When facing this problem, users will plan to upgrade their present hard disk to SSD (Solid State Drive) or only migrate OS to SSD to get fast speed. Because, compared SSD with HDD, SSD has faster booting up time, less power usage, less voice and more reliable. With these advantages, SSD is becoming popular among users.

When it comes to upgrade hard disk to SSD, the thing you must take into consideration is how to migrate data to SSD. Actually, you can reinstall system or other programs on SSD directly, but it is a time consuming work that nobody expect to meet. How to finish this task without reinstalling system?
